Advocate In Training (AIT) Program

Join The Chayah Movement as an Advocate In Training (AIT) and dive deep into the dynamic world of sustainable fashion. Through our immersive program, AITs partner with industry professionals, learning the ins and outs of sustainable fashion companies, while offering valuable support and absorbing key insights for a minimum of two months. With mentorship at your side, you'll develop tangible professional and leadership skills that will set you apart in the industry.

As an AIT, you'll have the opportunity to specialize in one or more career focus areas, including:

1. Fashion Design
2. Fashion Marketing/Writing
3. Fashion Supply Chain

But that's not all. Each AIT spearheads their own Community Action Project, sharing the principles of sustainable fashion and circularity with their community, leaving a lasting impact.

And the best part? AITs receive a monthly stipend for their dedication and support, ensuring that financial constraints don't hinder your ability to participate in this transformative experience.
