Mission and Vision:
- The foundation of our mission is clear: To make a positive shift in the fashion industry through the next generation of fashion professionals and consumers.
- Vision: Envisioning a future where every facet of fashion embodies sustainability and ethics.
Recruitment of AITs (Advocates-In-Training):
- Recruit young adults, prioritizing young adults of color between 16-24.
- Place them within sustainable fashion companies to support and learn in their desired career path area.
- Provide comprehensive tools for impactful industry engagement.
- Pay a monthly stipend for their program participation.
Career Interest Paths:
- AITs select from three focused career paths:
- Fashion Design
- Fashion Supply Chain
- Fashion Marketing/PR
Hands-On Training:
- AITs intern part-time with one of our company partners, immersed in their chosen field.
- Weekly check-ins with our team for ongoing workforce and leadership development.
Community Action Projects:
- Upon completion of the first 8-weeks, each AIT undertakes a community action project of their choosing.
- Projects include initiatives like hosting clothing swaps or community education on fashion impact and circular economy principles.

Driven by a vision of minimizing environmental impact, we embraced the circular economy ethos, championing initiatives such as clothing and textile waste education, recycling, upcycling, resale, consignment, swaps, and donation opportunities. Our goal was clear: to enlighten consumers about the transformative power of sustainable fashion.
As we embarked on this path, our evolution became apparent. Recognizing the untapped potential within leadership and workforce development, we seized the opportunity to amplify our impact. Rooted in our founder's expertise, we embarked on a transformative journey, redirected towards a new paradigm: equipping aspiring individuals with the tools to navigate the fashion landscape through the lens of ethics and sustainability.
