Vision:
We envision a future where every aspect of fashion embraces sustainability and ethics, driving meaningful change in the industry and our communities.
Advocates-In-Training (AIT) Program:
We recruit and empower young adults (ages 16-24, prioritizing young adults of color) who are passionate about sustainable fashion. Our program connects them with sustainable fashion companies to gain hands-on experience and specialized training in their chosen career path.
What We Offer AITs:
- Career Pathways: AITs select one of three focus areas aligned with their interests and goals:
- Fashion Design
- Fashion Supply Chain
- Fashion Marketing/PR
- Hands-On Training: AITs intern part-time with one of our partner companies, immersing themselves in their chosen field.
- Development Support: Weekly check-ins with our team provide ongoing workforce and leadership development.
- Monthly Stipend: AITs receive financial support during their participation in the program.
Community Action Projects:
After completing the first 8 weeks of the program, each AIT begin to create and lead a community action project. These projects promote sustainable practices and community engagement, with initiatives such as clothing swaps, educational workshops on fashion’s environmental impact, or promoting circular economy principles.
Our AIT program not only equips young leaders with the tools to thrive in the sustainable fashion industry but also empowers them to make a lasting impact in their communities.

Originating as a dynamic for-profit venture in the sustainable fashion realm, our journey has been defined by a steadfast commitment to environmental stewardship and social responsibility. What began as a platform buying new and recycled, ethically crafted fashion has evolved into a comprehensive movement aimed at empowering individuals and reshaping the industry.
Driven by a vision of minimizing environmental impact, we embraced the circular economy ethos, championing initiatives such as clothing and textile waste education, recycling, upcycling, resale, consignment, swaps, and donation opportunities. Our goal was clear: to enlighten consumers about the transformative power of sustainable fashion.
As we embarked on this path, our evolution became apparent. Recognizing the untapped potential within leadership and workforce development, we seized the opportunity to amplify our impact. Rooted in our founder's expertise, we embarked on a transformative journey, redirected towards a new paradigm: equipping aspiring individuals with the tools to navigate the fashion landscape through the lens of ethics and sustainability.
